This package includes complete wedding and event coordination. We will cater to your every need throughout the entire planning process — from choosing a wedding site, to table décor, we will turn your dream day into a reality. This package includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Initial complimentary consultation
- Unlimited communication throughout the planning process
- Provide event planning timeline, guides, and tools
- Complete event creation and coordination
- Assistance in selecting ceremony and reception locations
- Assistance in vendor selection
- Attend vendor meetings with client if requested
- Establish budget and vendor payment plan
- Review all contracts to confirm services, fees, and cancellation clauses
- Final confirmation with all vendors prior to event
- Oversee and assist with ceremony and reception décor set-up
- Manage time schedule and all vendors on the day of the event
- Provide hotel accommodations and sightseeing recommendations for out-of-town guests
- Assistance with rehearsal dinner site selection
